Instead of maintaining ever-larger base images, the Application Workspace Agent is installed as part of the provisioning process via Windows Autopilot. Applications, updates, and user-specific configurations are automatically deployed upon the user’s first login. This standardizes the onboarding process and reduces reliance on static device images.
